Fans got super delighted as “Tere Naam” co-stars Salman Khan and Bhumika Chawla reunited after 20 years. “Tere Naam” was a major blockbuster of the year 2003 and is considered one of the best performances of Salman Khan’s career. 20 years later, Salman and Bhumika have come together for “Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan”.
The duo shared the stage during the trailer launch of “Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan” and they stood next to each other. During the event, Salman revealed that Bhumika never interacted with him much during the shooting of “Tere Naam” and still maintains a distance from him.
Salman sarcastically said, “We’ve had a great relationship in Tere Naam. We had so much fun although it was a serious kind of film. But it was so much of fun shooting it. We would come on the set and be like ‘Hey. How’s it going? Lunch. Pack up. Bye. Take Care.’ Next morning again- “Hello sir, Hello Ma’am.’ So these were the only words we exchanged throughout the shooting of Tere Naam. After that also, even here, it was the same. It’s consistent. Nothing has changed. I think she got scared of my character in Tere Naam. She must be thinking, “Zyada baat kar lungi to ye mere piche pad jayga. Filmon tak theek tha (If I talk much, he’ll get behind me).”
Salman Khan’s upcoming film “Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan” will release in theatres on 21 April. It also features Pooja Hegde, Shehnaaz Gill, Jassie Gill, Palak Tiwari, Venkatesh and Siddharth Nigam.
