The trailer of “Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan” featuring Ayushmann Khurana and Jitendra Kumar as the main leads has become the talk of the town since its release. The trailer of this film tries to break the stigma regarding homophobia in our minds. And the audience is eager to witness more of this queer relationship between Ayushmann and Jeetu.
Recently, in an interview when Aysuhmann revealed that his parents loved the trailer of the movie. He said, “They saw it on loop and laughed all the way through. They loved it. I was thrilled with their reaction because I realized immediately that the subject and my character have struck chord with them.”
He further added that how amazing it was to have his family support him for such out-of-box film. To express his joy about it he said, “I always talk to my parents about the films that I decide to do. They said that they are proud of me for backing ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’.”
Ayushmann said that he got their support because they believe this film gives a strong message in the most entertaining way. Ayushmann’s parents believe that this is an important film, especially for parents, because it could give them the right message about raising children.
Surely, we hope that this film manages to pass on a crucial message of treating homosexual relationships at par with heterosexual relationships.
Talking of the movie, this film will also feature Neena Gupta and Gajraj Rao along with Ayushmann and Jitendra. Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan is the second installment of the 2018 movie Shubh Mangal Saavdhan which starred Bhumi Pednekar opposite Ayushmann Khurrana.
This film is slated to release on 21st February 2020.
