Zoya Hussain and Jim Sarbh garnered attention for their captivating chemistry in the music video of “cold/mess” by Prateek Kuhad. Despite reports suggesting that Zoya and Jim are romantically involved, neither has confirmed nor denied the claims. Now, in an interview with News18, Zoya has addressed the rumors, stating that they are simply ‘very good friends.’
During the conversation Zoya was asked about his equation with the Nirbhaya actor, to which she said, “It’s personal. It’s my personal life. I’m not aware of what’s written about me, so I don’t know what to say. It’s true that Jim and I are very good friends. It’s also true that we’re very close.”
Zoya also had a response prepared when asked if she had discovered anything about him. “He’s a very good cook,” she mentioned. Despite this, neither of them has officially confirmed their relationship.
For the unversed, Zoya and Jim have previously collaborated on a YouTube series titled ‘Crew Cut,’ which follows the behind-the-scenes work of people in the film industry.
On the work front, Zoya made her acting debut in Anurag Kashyap’s sports drama ‘Mukkabaaz’ in 2017, alongside Vineet Kumar Singh, Jimmy Shergill, and Ravi Kishan. Her most recent appearance was in Manoj Bajpayee’s ‘Bhaiyya Ji’. Zoya was also featured in the Prime Video series ‘Big Girls Don’t Cry’.
On the other hand, Jim Sarbh was recently seen in the web series ‘Made In Heaven Season 2’.
