One of the most loved and highly anticipated franchise in the Indian cinema, Dhoom 4 is all set to begin with its working. Big news for the fans arrive as the discussions for Dhoom 4 is on with the aim to see filmmaker Ayan Mukerji behind it. Soon, the Brahmastra director can be seen working on the movie’s plot and storyline.
Sources reveal that Ayan Mukerji who is currently busy with his upcoming project, ‘War 2’, is chosen by Aditya Chopra, the man behind Dhoom franchise to direct the fourth installment of the same. Reports by Bollywood Hungama stated that Chopra has just loved one of the shots performed and directed during the shoot of War 2. Impressed by the same, Chopra has expressed his wish to keep Ayan Mukerji as the front end director.

Sources close to the production team reveal that because Ayan is currently busy with filming War 2, and wants to bring the best out of it- he chooses to first focus on that. After the same, he has Brahmastra- second instalment lined up, which is why he states he would want to discuss about the same with his friends Ranbir Kapoor, and Alia Bhatt who are also a part of the Brahmastra project.

There are no details revealed on the casting for Dhoom:4. Because the discussion has just begun, fans are kept unaware of the major details. Earlier speculations circled about who will be casted for the villain character from SRK or Ranbir Kapoor. Because both the actors have recently given an enthralling performance in their latest films Pathaan, and Animal, netizens were happy with the options. But keeping Ayan as his front runner director could also hint towards choosing Kapoor, over Shahrukh.
Dhoom 4 tends to be one of his most ambitiously entertaining film for the audience. Ayan in the past has given multiple blockbuster hits, which include Brahmastra : I, Ye Jawaani Hai Deewani, and Wake Up Sid.
