Zareen Khan Receives Significant Relief In Case: Kolkata Magistrate Cancels Her Arrest Warrant

Zareen explained that she had been deceived by the organizers, who misled her by falsely claiming.

Bollywood actress Zareen Khan has been cleared of an arrest warrant issued in her name by a Kolkata court. The warrant stemmed from an alleged cheating case dating back to 2018. However, it has now come to light that the warrant was issued based on fraudulent and misleading statements made by the investigating officer. Upon a thorough examination of the true and correct facts of the matter, the magistrate promptly issued a detailed order, canceling and recalling the previously issued warrant against Khan.

The Kolkata High Court has also issued an interim order in favor of the Housefull-2 actress, canceling her arrest warrant. This order supports Khan’s stance on the case and serves justice by dismissing the baseless allegations made against her.

In 2018, Zareen was invited to perform at a ‘Durga Puja’ event in Kolkata. Reportedly, the actress did not appear for the event, leaving everyone waiting. In response, the event organizers filed an FIR against her.

Zareen explained that she had been deceived by the organizers, who misled her by falsely claiming that the state’s Chief Minister would be a special guest at the event where she was supposed to perform. In reality, the event was of a much smaller scale in the northern part of Kolkata. Furthermore, the organizers had not provided clear details regarding air tickets and the star’s accommodation.

Zareen made her Bollywood debut opposite Salman Khan in the film ‘Veer,’ a historical drama directed by ‘Gadar’ fame director Anil Sharma. Although the film performed averagely at the box office, Zareen gained popularity for her role. She also featured alongside Salman in the hit chartbuster song ‘Character Dheela Hai’ for the film ‘Ready’ and received acclaim for her hot and sizzling looks in movies like ‘Hate Story 3,’ ‘Aksar 2,’ and ‘Wajah Tum Ho,’ particularly among younger audiences.
