Television actress Tina Datta has been entertaining people for the last three decades. She made her acting debut at the age of five with the television series Sister Nivedita. After that, she has been a part of many shows and films in Bengali. But she ruled the hearts of everyone with her TV sitcom, Uttaran. The show was on the air from 2008 to 2015. For the last three months, the actress has remained in the headlines after her stint in the Bigg Boss 16 house. Fans got to see her real personality, where she got a lot of love and became a victim of controversies because her name was associated with co-contestant Shalin Bhanot. Tina is back in the news after the show because she was not present at Bigg Boss’s success party. And everyone was guessing as to why she hadn’t joined the parties.Now the actress reveals why she was not part of the shows’ parties.
Recently the actress took to her Instagram handle to do a Question and Answer session with her fans. One of her fans asked, “Tinzi, aap kisi success party mein kyun nahi gayi, replying she wrote, Kyunki mai Delhi mein shoot kar rahi thi.” This put to rest all speculation regarding the actress’ absence from the gatherings. Several people believed that Tina’s decision to stay away was influenced by her friendship with Shalin. After what she had been through, she had already stated that she would never want to face Shalin Bhanot again.
On the work front, Tina will be next seen in Sony TV’s new show Mere Apne along with Jay Bhanushali. She also made her south debut with a big-budget Telugu film.
