Tiger King 2 Is Coming To Netflix – Know More

Netflix recently announced the sequel of true crime. The docuseries will premiere this year. 'Tiger King 2' promises more madness and mayhem in this sequel.

Netflix recently officially announced the second installment of ‘Tiger King,’ the docuseries that fascinated millions of Netflix users in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Netflix confirmed on Thursday that the follow-up to the 2020 documentary, titled ‘Tiger King 2,’ will premiere on the streaming platform later this year. Netflix announced its new true-crime slate, which features four new docuseries and films set through early 2022.

According to a press release, ‘Tiger King 2’ promises more madness and mayhem. Tiger King directors Eric Goode and Rebecca Chaiklin are returning for the second installment. Chris Smith and Fisher Stevens will executive produce this installment as well. The executive producers also include Good and Chaiklin.

Although the exact timeline of events ‘Tiger King 2’ is unclear now. Netflix released an announcement video that shows glimpse of Carole Baskin, Jeff Lowe, and Joe Exotic calling in from jail, where he is currently serving a 17-year sentence for attempting a murder for hire plot aimed at Baskin.

Apart from ‘Tiger King 2,’ Netflix also shared four other upcoming true crime series and documentary. The Puppet Master: Hunting the Ultimate Conman recites the story of one of the world’s most notorious conmen who was convicted in 2005. The Tinder Swindler follows a man who posed as a billionaire on dating app Tinder. Trust No One: The Hunt for the Crypto King moves around a group of investors as they look into the mysterious death of cryptocurrency mastermind Gerry Cotten. While, Bad Vegan investigate the profiles restaurant owner Sarma Melngailis, who was conned out of millions by a backer.

Netflix Documentary VPs Adam Del Deo and Lisa Nishimura stated in a press release, “Whether you want to dive into the psyche of a con artist, empathize with the victims of a scam, or piece together the puzzle of an investigation, these wild stories are often full of surprising twists and unusual perspectives.”
