PV Sindhu Biopic To Star Deepika Padukone In Lead?

It’s time to get excited as the biopic of Indian Badminton player PV Sindhu might be happening real soon. And we’ll be seeing Deepika Padukone stepping into the shoes of our beloved athlete.

There has not been any official confirmation on this, but the fact that Deepika Padukone and PV Sindhu have been spending a lot of time together lately means that something special is brewing.

Very recently, the two ladies met for a dinner at a restaurant in Mumbai. They were accompanied by Deepika’s husband Ranveer Singh. And now, Deepika and PV Sindhu are burning calories together. The actress shared a few pictures from her practice session with PV Sindhu and wrote in the caption, “Just a regular day in my life…Burning calories with @pvsindhu1 !”

Even though there’s been no official confirmation, but the fans have already got their hints. A user commented on Deepika’s Instagram post, “Lagta hai biopic banne vali hai.”

Another user expressed her excitement by writing, “that means i was right, we are getting the PV SINDHU BIOPICCCCCC!!!”

PV Sindhu also shared a few pictures and wrote in the caption, “Good fun and good game in the end. @deepikapadukone when are we doing this next ?!!!!!!!!!!!”

On the other hand, Deepika’s husband Ranveer Singh just felt bad that he couldn’t be present for the practice session. He wrote, “MAJOR FOMO ATTACK.”

Well, if the biopic of PV Sindhu is happening for real, we are happy that Deepika Padukone has been brought on board as the genes of an excellent badminton player runs into her blood. For the unaware, Deepika Padukone is the daughter of Badminton player Prakash Padukone who brought glory to the nation in the 70s and 80s. He was ranked World No. 1 in 1980; the same year he became the first Indian to win the All England Open Badminton Championships. He was awarded the Arjuna award in 1972 and the Padma Shri in 1982 by the Government of India.
