Right before she could even make her Bollywood debut, Nysa Devgn has already become a social media icon. It just takes minutes for her pictures to go viral, making her one of the most popular star kids out there. With that, fans have been speculating about her debut. As the 19-year-old has never spoken to the media about her future career plans, whom better to ask than father Ajay, who was recently seen promoting his upcoming film, Runway 34.
Upon being asked about her daughter’s Bollywood debut plans, Ajay shared how he’s unsure whether Nysa would follow the footprints of her parents, Ajay and Kajol, who’ve both had a very successful careers. Ajay said, “I don’t know if she wants to come into this line. To this moment she has shown disinterest. Anything can change anytime with children. She is abroad, she is studying right now,”
He further shared how their daughter has until now, shown no interest in making her career in Bollywood. “Forget my daughter… I don’t know if she wants to come into this line because till this moment she’s shown disinterest.” But he also assured how her decision is uncertain and can change at anytime. “Anything can change anytime with the children. I don’t know. She is abroad, studying right now.” he said.
For the unversed, Nysa is currently pursuing a degree in International Hospitality at the Glion Institute of Higher education in Switzerland. Previously, she has also earned her high school degree in Singapore. Ajay Devgn also shared his thoughts on the newer generation of actors and appreciated them for being ‘well prepared’. “The newer generation is well prepared as they know how to speak, how to behave, how to handle social media and everything else. Our problem is that we have to kind of compete with them to stay relevant,” he said.

Ajay Devgn’s upcoming movie ‘Runway 34’ awaits release on the 29th of April, talking about the same he said, “It’s got terrific highs, alarming lows, a sense of jubilance and dejection, all within the screenplay. Honestly, letting this script just pass me by, was not even a consideration. I knew I had to make it.”. As per the synopsis of the film, Runway 34 revolves around Captain Vikrant Khanna played by Ajay Devgn, a flying prodigy, whose flight takes a mysterious course after take-off from an international destination.
