Prabhas, Deepika Padukone starrer Project K To Release In Two Parts?

Project K which is simultaneously being shot in Hindi and Telugu, is expected to hit the screens in 2024.

Prabhas, Deepika Padukone starrer Project K is one of the most awaited films. The film has been in the news ever since it’s announcement. Now as per reports, the multi-lingual science-fiction action-drama, which also stars Amitabh Bachchan in pivotal role, will be released in two parts.

A source close to film told an online portal, “The vision and plot point of Project K is so big that the makers have decided to make it a 2-part film. While the first part will establish the world and conflict of this magnum opus, the entire drama will unfold in the second half, much like what happened in the Bahubali Franchise. Project K is envisioned as the biggest film of Indian cinema with a conflict like never before and celebrates the 50 years of producers, Vyjayanthi Movies”.

The source also revealed that the part one of the film is at present in the post-production stage with VFX artists working on the footage, as the production team is busy on the sets shooting for part 2.

If it turns out to be a two part release, then it will be second two part release in Prabhas’ career after famous Bahubali series.

Project K is being helmed by Nag Ashwin Reddy of Yevade Subramanyam (2015), Mahanati (2017) fame. Project K which is simultaneously being shot in Hindi and Telugu, is expected to hit the screens in 2024.
