They say if you’ve got your moms blessing, you’ve got everything. That’s exactly what she’s been in my life. She’s my blessing from god. I don’t think words can ever describe anyone’s love for their mother. My mother is my inspiration and the most precious thing I have in my life. She is not only a good mother, but also a perfect human being. Her heart is so pure and full of love. I hope and pray that God showers her with all the happiness.”

Revealing his plans to celebrate the special day, the actor says, ” I am going to celebrate the day with my mother, my nani and my badi maa. I’ll be taking them to the gurudwara in the morning and then I’ll make some of their favourite dishes for the lunch.”

He further talks about the importance of mothers. “Our Indian culture has always emphasized a special place for mothers. Mothers are god’s special gift to a child which should be appreciated and cherished every day. I have a very strong attachment with my mother and when I am out for shooting, I never miss calling her,” he says.

Extending wishes for the day, the actor says, “On this mother’s day, I wish every mother a very Happy Mother’s day and I pray to god to give them all happiness and good health.”
