Mayank Agarwal responds with thumbs up after Virat Kohli signals him to go for 200

After completing the milestone, Mayank Agarwal raised his bat in elegance but Virat Kohli was not done yet as he wanted the opener to add another 50 to his tally.

In the ongoing match between India and Bangladesh, Mayank Agarwal and Ajinkya Rahane had stabled India’s batting after the fall of Cheteshwar Pujara and Virat Kohli in quick succession.

The Indian skipper – who returned to the international circuit after being rested for the limited-overs series – was dismissed for a rare duck.

Agarwal even reached the 150-run-mark in style as he smashed Taijul Islam for a boundary on the onside.

After reaching the milestone, the Indian opener raised his bat towards the dressing room in celebration. However, Kohli was not done wishing the batsman as yet and wanted Agarwal to add another 50 to his tally.

Kohli’s dismissal didn’t hurt the hosts much as Mayank along with Rahane had held the fort.

Now with the dismissal of Rahane at 86, its Ravindra Jadeja’s chance to get India to a high total.
