Gigi & Bella Hadid’s Father Spotted Tipping Valet With $100 Bill After Filing For Bankruptcy!

Supermodel sisters Gigi and Bella Hadid’s father Mohamed Hadid was spotted tipping a valet with a $100 bill just a few weeks after his company filed for bankruptcy!

Mohamed Hadid, father of supermodels Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid was building a huge mansion in Los Angeles only to be ordered to get it demolished by Judge Craig Karlan. A week later, Hadid’s company filed for bankruptcy. Lawyer Bruce Rudman allegedly told LA Superior Court “Mohamed Hadid is broke and cannot afford to pay for the demolishing of his home.”

The 71-year-old property tycoon also allegedly did not pay $500,000 for a judge-appointed receiver to supervise the demolition. Judge Karlan then appointed the same receiver who supervised Donald Trump’s $35 million Golf Course – Douglas Wilson to supervise the teardown of Hadid’s undone mansion.

Hadid’s structural engineer said “This seems to me to be a clear cut case where the property must come down,’. He further addedWe’re not talking about an extra wall or a different way into the kitchen. We’re talking about the most significant aspect of the structure – the foundation.”

The reason of the demolition order for the huge Hadid mansion is that the piles supporting the giant home that were supposed to be driven 30 feet into the bedrock were allegedly driven only 20 feet into it, making it a huge safety concern for the neighbours. If the mansion collapses it will apparently take the neighbouring houses down with it. Yikes!

Post all the demolition drama, Hadid was seen tipping his valet with a $100 bill which raised a lot of eyebrows as the tycoon had filed for bankruptcy just a few weeks ago.
