Former Aussie spinner Brad Hogg said that team India skipper Virat Kohli has the ability to break Sachin Tendulkar’s record of scoring 100 international centuries. Hogg feels that it is likely to happen as the fitness levels are way better now and the players get to play more cricket.

In a video posted on YouTube channel, Hogg said, “Of course he can. Fitness levels today are a lot better when Sachin Tendulkar started. They get a lot of help with quality fitness trainers. They have also got a lot of physios and doctors on board. Any niggle that is starting to happen people can get on top of it straight away.”

He further added, “Therefore players miss less games and of course there is a lot more cricket being played these days. So yes, he can break that record.”

The comparisons between Virat Kohli and Sachin Tendulkar continues to grow and many have chosen the current Indian skipper as the one who can break the batting maestro’s record.

After registering 100 international centuries, Tendulkar pulled the plug on his career, on the other hand, Kohli as of now has 70 centuries across all formats.
