It seems something is brewing among the star cast of Rajkumar Hirani’s hit film 3 Idiots. On Friday, actors apart from the leads took to their social media and posted some videos hinting at a sequel to the comedy-drama film 3 Idiots. A few days back Kareena posted a video of the three leads in the movie that were together promoting dream 11. The ad also shows that the press also suspected a sequel to 3 idiots. This time Boman Irani showed his disappointment with the secrecy.

In early February 2023, Aamir, R. Madhavan, and Sharman reunited for a special video to promote the Golmaal actor’s film ‘Congratulations’ which caused a lot of buzz around the ‘3 Idiots’ sequel. Shortly after Kareena shared the video, actor Boman Irani also took to his Instagram account and posted a clip, saying, “Whatever they’re doing, it’s out now and the clip has gone viral. How can you think of the sequel to 3 Idiots without Virus (played by Boman)? Good thing Kareena called and let me know. I would never have known. It’s not fair to plan something that big and not even let us know. Is that your decency? where is our friendship I thought we were friends.” He ended the video by adding that he was calling actor Jaaved Jafferi.

Netizens reacted to the clip, and one of them wrote: “Virus ke bina 3 idiots & doctor Astana ke bina munna bhai? No way..” The second said, “Impossible without a virus.” The third said, “Through desperate hoping… and possible without one of you. The fourth person commented, “I can’t believe it’s finally happening! We miss you all boys.”

After Kareena and Boman, Jaaved also shared a clip on his Instagram expressing his disappointment. He said: “Have you seen the latest news?3 Idiots Part 2 will be filmed without the original rancho. Is serious?…” Finally, he asked actress Mona Singh if she knew anything about it or not.
