Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan, who has impressed the audience with his numerous films in different languages, is all geared up to bring another Marathi film next month. The actor soon will be featuring in “AB Aani CD” alongside Vikram Gokhale.
Earlier today, the makers of the film released its first look poster. In the poster, we can see a few men sitting leisurely outside a house in some deep discussions. The board on the house reads, “Jyestha Nagrik Sangh Pune (Senior Citizen Union, Pune).” The board hints that the movie’s plot might revolve around the same.
Film critic Taran Adarsh took to his official Twitter handle to share the first look of the film. He shared the poster and wrote, “#AmitabhBachchan and #VikramGokhale… First look poster of #Marathi film #ABAaniCD… Directed by Milind Lele… Produced by Akshay Bardapurkar [Planet Marathi Productions], Golden Ratio Film and KV Reddy Productions… 13 March release..”
Talking about the name of the film, the story of the film revolves around two main characters AB (Amitabh Bachchan) and CD (Chandrakant Deshpande) essayed by Vikram Gokhale. The story will narrate how the two were childhood friends but later drifted apart. Many years pass and CD becomes aware that AB is his old friend. In the film, Amitabh Bachchan plays himself and it’s a cameo.
Directed by Milind Lele, the film will hit the big screen on 13th March 2020. The film also features Subodh Bhave, Sayali Sanjeev and Akshay Tanksale playing some pivotal roles.
The film will be a treat for the audience who will witness two great actors sharing the screen space alongside other talented casts.
