Venu Madhav, Telugu comedian passes away at 39

Telugu actor and comedian Venu Madhav dies at the age of 39 after he was rushed to a private hospital after suffering from kidney-related ailments for a few years now .

Venu Madhav, Telugu cinemas’ popular comedian breathed his last at the age of 39, at a  private hospital in Secunderabad, Hyderabad. Venu was suffering from kidney-related ailments for a while now. Telugu film PRO Vamsi Kaka shared the news of his death on Twitter. He wrote, “Actor Venu Madhav Passed away today at 12.20 pm. Both the family members and doctors confirmed it. May his Soul Rest in Peace. #RIPVenuMadhav.”

Venu Madhav was rushed to a corporate hospital in Secunderabad on the 24th of September after his health worsened. Today morning it was known that the actor was said to be in critical condition. Prior to this Venu was in the hospital for the last two weeks and was discharged just this Sunday, September 22 and was advised to get transplantation. However, due to this condition, he was brought back to the hospital and was later shifted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and was also put on a life support system.

Venu Madhav in the Tollywood industry started his career as a mimicry artist and became to top comedian over the years and worked in almost over 600 films. He made his debut in Tollywood with Sampradayam in 1996 and was last seen in in the film Dr Paramanandaiah’s Students Gang, in 2016.

Before venturing into the Telugu cinema Venu Madhav was a telephone operator by profession in the  Telugu Desam Party-TDP office and also had shared a relationship with NT Rama Rao. Due to his interest in politics, he contested for the Assembly elections and even filed nomination papers from Kodad assembly constituency in December last year.
