Akkineni Nagarjuna, the name is enough to tell us all about the fame this man has earned in the Tollywood movie industry. Nagarjuna is considered to be the most dashing superstar of the industry. The star has also won many awards across movie industries for his acting as well as production.
Nagarjuna started off his acting career as a child actor in the year 1967, at just a mere age of 8 in the movie named Sudigundalu, a Telugu movie. As an adult, he kick-started his career in the Telugu remake of the movie Hero named Vikram. The movie earned great success and so did Nagarjuna who went to give amazing movies like Mass, Don, Anaamayya, etc in Telugu and movies like LOC Kargil, Khuda Gawah, Drohi, etc in Bollywood as well.
Nagarjuna married Lakshmi Duggabati in 1984 and has a son with her, the couple got divorced in 1990. A few years later Nagarjuna married actress Amala Akkineni and this couple also have a son. Both the sons Naga Chaitanya and Akhil Akkineni of Nagarjuna are the present superstars of the Tollywood industry.
Along with being an actor in the movie Nagarjuna has also produced many movies under his banner Annupama Studios. The movie Ninne Pelladata produced by him won the National Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu.
