Samantha Ruth Prabhu Talks With Sadhguru About ‘Injustices In Life’

Samantha Ruth Prabhu talks about life's injustices, and unfairness, actress asks Sadhguru if they can be ‘blamed on past karma’.

South film industry actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently attended the Save Soil event in Hyderabad. The actress interviewed Sadhguru during the event, during their interaction, she asked if unfairness in one’s life can be due to one’s ‘past karma’.

The Telugu film industry actress recently attended the Save Soil event in Hyderabad. The spiritual guru also attended the event among thousands of people who gathered at the event. While the Family man actress was seen on stage with Sadhguru as she interviewed him during the event about his bike-centric movement.

While during her interaction the actress asked Sadguru Samantha asked Sadguru, “How much of one’s life is a result of their past karma? Are the injustices and unfairness that one faces in one’s life a result of their past karma, and if so, do you accept these injustices and find solace in the fact that the karma is being cleared, even though it might seem detrimental to our lives in so many ways…?” To her question, Sadguru replied, “By now, you should know the world is not fair. It will not be fair.” Following this, he also told the actress that life will always be unfair.

Sadhguru also teased the actress for reaching late at the event, he said, “Samantha couldn’t come on time because as she was coming, somebody informed her I am wearing a yellow kurta so she had to go back, change and come.” During the interview, Samantha and Sadhguru shared a talk about the concept of ego, karma, his journey through the Save Soil movement, and more.

For the unversed, the South actress announced her separation from her husband, actor Naga Chaitanya in 2021. In a recent statement, the actress opened up about her divorce saying, “Your emotional investment into a personal crisis has overwhelmed me. Thank you all for showing deep empathy, and concern and for defending me against false rumors and stories that are being spread. They say I had affairs, never wanted children, that I am an opportunist, and now that I have had abortions. A divorce in itself is an extremely painful process. Let alone allow me the time to heal. This attack on me personally, has been relentless. But I promise you this, I will never allow this or anything else they say, to break me.”

On the work front, Samantha will soon be seen in Gunashekar’s Shaakunthalam. She also has Yashoda in the pipeline.
