During the event, she was also seen interacting with the media, and her adorable video is winning hearts. South Indian beauty left fans surprised with her conversation in Hindi and fans just cannot get over it.
Samantha at the event was questioned by a reporter about her Hindi film debut, as most actresses from the South are stepping into Bollywood. Samantha opted to answer the same in Hindi and revealed that she will be doing a series in Hindi and that will also be her first step here. She said, “I enjoyed being a part of it. I’m sorry, I know Hindi but won’t talk as I’m very South Indian, I’ll have an accent…but I understand very well…I can’t wait for the new set of audience to see my work.”
Samantha Akkineni on the work front will next be seen in the Telugu remake of Tamil film, 96, which is titled as Jaan. The shooting of the film ended in November. 96 originally stars Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha Krishnan in the lead. Announcing the same on social media, Sam wrote, “And it’s a wrap!! Another special film and a role that has challenged me to be better than I was yesterday .. blessed to work with a team that manages to create magic everyday ..”
