Naga Chaitanya recently took a step on his social media by deleting the last photo with his ex-wife, Samantha Ruth Prabhu from his Instagram profile. While he had already removed almost all pictures with Samantha, he had kept one post—a throwback from a Formula 1 racetrack. In the picture, he had written “Throw back… Mrs and the girlfriend,” a caption referring to Samantha and a red race car. Now, even that post is deleted, marking a fresh start as he prepares to marry Sobhita Dhulipala.
Telugu superstar Naga Chaitanya and Bollywood fame Sobhita Dhulipala got engaged in August 2023, which caught a widespread attention. Fans even asked him to remove any photos that reminded them of his past marriage. After their split in 2021, both Chaitanya and Samantha took down most photos of each other. However, this one photo of Samantha had received many comments from fans who asked him to delete it. Now, he finally has.
The wedding celebrations for Chaitanya and Sobhita have begun already. Recently, Sobhita took to Instagram and shared series of photos from a pre-wedding “Pasupu Danchatam” ceremony, a traditional event of Telugu people similar to the haldi ceremony. The heartwarming moment took place in Visakhapatnam with close family and friends attending. Sobhita wore a simple red and green saree with traditional jewelry, giving fans a look into the joyful gathering.
As Naga Chaitanya deletes his last photo of Samantha, ahead of his wedding with to-be-wife Sobhita Dhulipala. Fans, who once cheered for #ChaySam are now excited to see this new chapter of the new Tollywood couple. Their wedding is expected to take place by the end of the year.
