Mahesh Babu Trolled For Endorsing Pan Masala Brand After His Comment, “Bollywood Can’t Afford Me”

Lately, famous South Indian actor Mahesh Babu has been making headlines ever since he gave a comment on Bollywood. Amidst this controversy, few social media users have taken a dig at the actor for promoting pan masala.

Trolling has become very common among celebrities in our entertainment industry. Often, actors and actresses have come to the radar of trolling on social media. Nowadays, social media has made trolling very easy for trollers. Social media is such a platform where no one knows who is behind the curtain of trolling. Stars from the entertainment industry are no new to trolling. Many times they have been targeted for no reason. 

Well, sometimes netizens trolling the stars are also justifiable when they do something very wrong. Lately, famous South Indian actor Mahesh Babu has been making headlines ever since he gave a comment on Bollywood. 

In a recent interview, Mahesh babu was heard saying, “I did get a lot of offers in Hindi, but I don’t think they can afford me. I don’t want to waste my time working in an industry which can’t afford me. The stardom and the respect I get here are huge, so I never really thought of leaving my industry and going to some other industry. I have always thought of doing films and becoming bigger. My dream is coming true now and I can’t be happier”.   

Amidst this controversy, few social media users have taken a dig at the actor. Netizens have found a picture of Mahesh promoting pan masala. He is featured in a Pan Bahar advertisement and this caused huge trouble for the actor. 

His critics are constantly trolling him for the promotion of such brands. Posting a picture collage, a user wrote, “Bollywood can’t afford Mahesh Babu but pan masala can”. Another user commented, “are paan masala waalo k paas bohot paisa hai pura apna universe bnake rkhe hai afford to kr hi skte hai”.

Previously, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar was criticized for promoting a Pan Masala brand. Eventually, he announced disassociation from the brand and announced that he would donate the earned amount to a good cause.
