The Tamil version brought in ₹2.1 crore, with Kannada and Malayalam adding minor shares of ₹10 lakh and ₹3 lakh, respectively bringing worldwide total to ₹186+ crore. This performance surpassed the first-day collection of Ram Charan’s 2019 film Vinaya Vidheya Rama, which earned ₹34 crore but it fell short of the record-breaking ₹133 crore opening of RRR.
The film’s high production budget of ₹450 crore adds pressure for it to maintain its momentum in the coming days. With the Sankranthi holiday season and tough competition from Pushpa 2: The Rule, Game Changer needs strong word-of-mouth to succeed.
