This much-anticipated film features Bollywood star Janhvi Kapoor alongside Saif Ali Khan as the main antagonist. Netflix has announced that the movie will be available for streaming in all major Indian languages starting November 8, 2024.
Devara: Part 1 follows the story of Devara, a clan leader played by Jr NTR, who faces moral challenges after a tragic event. Set in the rugged terrain of Yerra Samurdram, the film explores themes of loyalty, betrayal and power struggles among clans once united as warriors. With an impressive supporting cast including Prakash Raj and Srikanth, the film promises to be engaging. After a successful theatrical run, where it grossed over ₹509 crore worldwide, many are eager to see how it performs on the streaming platform.
Today, officially announcing the OTT premiere date, Netflix took to social media and shared a spectacular poster with the release date. Its caption read, “It’s time… It’s time for fear to step in, for the sea to turn red and for the hills to hail the Tiger 🐅🌊 Watch Devara on Netflix, on 8 November in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada. Coming soon in Hindi.”
