Dasara teaser out: After announcing the wrap up of Dasara, makers have dropped the film’s first teaser which introduces us to film’s lead Nani. The 1 minute 15- second teaser introduces Nani in a menacing avatar.
The teaser begins by introducing us to the village Veerlapalli which is surrounded by coal mines. Then Nani makes his entry with a swag. He is a drunkard who enjoys violence “We are not addicted to liquor,” he says. “Drinking is an integral part of our tradition”, he says. Malayalam actor Shine Tom Chacko makes his Telugu debut with this film and he seems to be playing an antagonist.
The teaser makes it pretty clear that Dasara is going to be a high on action masala entertainer with a lot of heroic mass moments for which Telugu cinema is known worldwide.
Dasara is written and directed by debutant Srikanth Odela, who also worked as an assistant for Pushpa’s (2021) director Sukumar. The film also stars Keerthy Suresh, Samuthirakani, Sai Kumar and Zarina Wahab, among others.
