Chiranjeevi splurges on a lavish new abode: A sneak peek into the megastar’s swanky house

Tollywood megastar Chiranjeevi recently moved into his newly purchased swanky abode of 25,000-plus sq feet. The house has been designed with the 'India modern’ concept kept in mind.

Tollywood megastar Chiranjeevi threw the most lavish party at his new home in Hyderabad. It was one of the biggest reunions where actors from the Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi film industries were in attendance for the same. Actors such as Venkatesh Daggubati, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Balakrishna, Ramesh Aravind, Suman, Jayaram, Khushbu Sundar, and 50 other celebs attended Chiranjeevi’s housewarming bash. Even Bollywood diva Rekha was seen visiting Chiranjeevi’s home and was totally amazed by the same.

Chiranjeevi new house is 25,000-plus sq feet huge and is located at the Dr MCR HRD Institute of Telangana in Jubilee Hills. His house is designed with the concept of ‘India modern’ and also showcases lots of lights, chandeliers and brocades on the walls. The designer of the house told a leading daily, “Chiranjeevi garu, much like his onscreen persona, is a sweetheart and just let us do our work. Actually, the whole house is a showpiece, a showstopper. The Konidelas are down-to-earth people who wanted Indian history and heritage in the home. Nothing fancy for the sake of it.”

Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi’s father Surekha got the designer to design the house as per how they wanted. The house also has a special puja corner in the basement area of the house, but the highlight of the house is the Jade room. Jade is an ornamental green mineral which is used as a green decor to protect the house and wade off the evil eye. They also made sure to add a lot of Hyderabadi touch to the house in order to keep as homely a possible.
