Jyothika who is married to superstar Suriya, for the very first time will be seen working with her brother-in-law, Karthi in the upcoming film, Thambi. Jyothika Saravanan is a well-known actress and has acted in numerous Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, and Kannada movies. In one of her interviews, Jyothika talks about the difference in working styles of Suriya and Karthi.

In a recent interview, Jyothika was asked as to whom it was tough to act with – Suriya or Karthi? The actress after a brief pause laughed and replied that she finds it difficult to work with husband Suriya because of their love fights during shoots. Whereas working with her brother-in-law Karthi in Thambi it was much easier. On hearing this Karthi along with others in the pane, Jeethu Joseph and Nikhila Vimal laughed off. 

Jyothika in Thambi, which is an action thriller film, is seen portraying the role of Karthi’s sister whereas Karthi in the film plays the role of an energetic youngster. Sathyaraj and Seetha will be seen essaying the role of their father and mother respectively. Actress Nikhila Vimal plays the role of his love interest in the film.

Helmed by the ‘Papanasam’ fame director Jeethu Joseph, and produced by Parallel minds, the film also features Sathyaraj, Nikhila Vimal, Sowcar Janaki, Anson Paul amongst others. The film also features the ’96’ sensation Govind Vasantha’s music. For the unversed, Thambi will hit theatres today, i.e, December 20, 2019.
