Suriya Begins Shoot Of His Next Film Suriya 42 With Disha Patani

National Award Winner Actor Suriya announced the shooting of his next film Suriya 42

Tamil superstar Suriya announced the shooting of his next film Suriya 42. A few days ago the muhrat pooja of the film took place and now the crew went on floors. The much-awaited project by the national award-winning actor is in making. Suriya is joined by Bollywood actress Disha Patani in the lead role. Suriya and Siruthai Siva’s project is currently addressed as ‘Production no 25’.

Announcing the big news Suriya took to his official Twitter account. He shared a picture with filmmaker and music composer Devi Prasad. The picture is said to be of film’s launch when the trio posed for the camera. Suriya tweeted, “Shoot begins..! Need all your blessings..!! #Suriya42 @directorsiva @ThisIsDSP @StudioGreen2 @UV_Creations.”

Suriya 42 marks Tamil debut of Baaghi actress Disha Patani. Ek Villain actress is set to explore her skills in regional language too. Fans are expecting Disha and Suriya to set screens on fire. The shooting of Suriya 42 will begin in Chennai and the team will move on to Goa. 

The first schedule will take place in Chennai for a week, later in mid-September the crew will head to Goa for 25 days. A formal announcement regarding the project is expected soon from the makers. Meanwhile, they will launch the motion poster of the film next week. 

Suriya 42 is directed by Siruthai Siva and produced by UV Creations and Studio Green. It is a pan-India movie to be released in 10 languages. Siruthai Siva and Aadhi Narayana will pen the script for Suriya42 and the dialogues will be written by Madhan Karky.

Last month Suriya received National Award for Best Actor for Soorarai Potrru. He was last seen in a cameo role in Kamal Haasan’s Vikarm. He is also said to make a Bollywood debut as a cameo in Soorarai Potrru’s remake headlined by Akshay Kumar.
