Sanjay Dutt Joins Ajith Kumar In AK 61

Sanjay Dutt is set to make his Tamil debut with Ajith Kumar in AK 61 after Shamshera

Sanjay Dutt is not upset with the failure of his latest movie Shamshera. The period action drama starring Ranbir Kapoor faced a low run at the box office. Daroga Shuddh Singh from the film stood strong with the team against the Hate Shamshera has been receiving since its release on 22nd July. He also penned a long note stating ‘kuch toh log kahege’. Meanwhile, the latest buzz surrounding the actor is that Sanjay Dutt will join Tamil Superstar Ajith Kumar. 

Sanju, who is popular for his villainous roles like Khalnayak and Kancha Cheena from Agneepath, played Daroga Shuddh Singh in Shamshera after portraying Adheera in KGF 2. The Munna Bhai made his Kannada debut in KGF 2 opposite Yash. KGF Chapter 2 is directed by Prashanth Neel and it also stars Raveena Tandon from Bollywood. 

Looks like Sanjay Dutt is in process of becoming a pan-India star at 63. He is now all geared up to make his Kollywood debut with Ajith Kumar. Sanjay Dutt is reported featuring in AK 61 which also stars Manju Warrier apart from Ajith Kumar. The film is directed by H Vinoth and Boney Kapoor will be the producer.

Interestingly, this will be Ajith’s third consecutive movie with director Vinoth and producer Boney Kapoor. The Veeram actor will play a dual role in AK 61 as a hero and a villain too. He is presently in Trichy to attend the 47th State shooting competition. Soon after that, he will join the AK 61 shooting in Chennai. AK 61 first look and teaser are predicted to be launched next month in August.
