Roaring at the box office, Mani Ratnam’s magnum opus has now emerged as another biggest blockbuster of the year. And after breaking several box office records the magnum opus will now premiere on Amazon Prime Video on November 4.
Ponniyin Selvan is currently the second highest-grossing film in Tamil Nadu after Rajinikanth’s film 2.0. The film has collected a total of approx 464cr till now. Mani Ratnam’s film even surpassed Ayan Mukerji’s film Brahmastra a long time ago. The film emerged as a blockbuster superhit film in the South. The sequel is also expected to hit the theatres by June 2023.
