South Industry’s big film ‘Vikram’ has been released in theaters on June 3, through which actor Kamal Haasan has returned to the film screen after four years. While his much-anticipated film has now passed the second century while successfully breaching over 200 crores worldwide. Celebrating the achievement actor Kamal Haasan gifted an expensive car to his Director.
Vikram Enters 200cr Club
Vikram, starring Kamal Haasan, is doing phenomenal business at the box office. The film has emerged as the top choice of moviegoers. On 7 June film trade analyst, Ramesh Bala took over his Twitter and announced the recent benchmark set by the film on breaching 200cr worldwide, he Tweeted, “#Vikram enters the ₹200 Crs (crore) WW (worldwide) Gross Club”.
The recent blockbuster successfully breached the 150cr club worldwide during the weekend. Entertainment industry tracker Sreedhar Pillai took over Twitter and shared the figures, he wrote, “#Vikram has turned out to be a universal hit with terrific WOM. The@ikamalhaasan action extravaganza directed by@Dir_Lokesh has grossed over ₹150Cr from worldwide box-office in opening weekend, India alone accounting for ₹100 Cr+. Biggest post pandemic hit from Kollywood!”

Actor Kamal Haasan recently gifted a brand new Lexus car to his film director Lokesh Kanakaraj after celebrating the huge success of his film, While it has not only been the director to whom the actor gifted, as recently the ‘Vikram’ actor has gifted bikes to all the assistant directors of the film.

Helmed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the script of ‘Vikram’ is penned down by the director himself. The cinematography of ‘Vikram’is done by Girish Gangadharan and the editing by Philomon Raj. ‘Vikram’ has an ensemble cast that includes Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi, Fahadh Faasil, Narain, Chemban Vinod Jose, and Kalidas Jayaram in pivotal roles.
