It is not new that actors usually fall prey to malicious problems. Now actor Dhanush has become a victim of such a case. A Madurai-based couple has claimed actor Dhanush to be their biological son. According to the Madurai-based couple, superstar Dhanush is their biological son. The actor and his father Kasthoori Raja have sent a legal notice to the couple.
The father-son duo has sent the notice through their lawyer, Advocate S Haja Mohideen Gisthi. In the notice, they have asked the Madurai- based couple to stop making such specious claims regarding the superstar. They have also asked the pair to make a press statement regarding the same. Dhanush and his father also mentioned in the notice that they should also state in the press conference that all the allegations made by them are not true. According to the notice, if the couple fails to do so then they will have to face the legal consequences. Dhanush and his father have made clear on the notice that the couple will be charged with a defamation suit of Rs 10 crore as compensation for the loss of reputation caused by them.
The notice reads, “My clients hereby call upon you both to desist from making false, untenable, and defamatory allegations against them henceforth. Failing compliance my clients will be constrained to approach the competent Courts to protect their rights in this regard and to prevent you from carrying on and making such false, untenable, and defamatory allegations against them and you both will also be prosecuted for causing deformation and consequent loss of their reputation.”
