SS Rajamouli’s RRR featuring Ram Charan and Jr NTR gets Postponed?

Director SS Rajamouli's upcoming film titled RRR, starring Ram Charan and Jr NTR is reportedly delayed and is rumoured to be released on the eve of Sankranthi 2021 rather than the initial release date of July 30, 2020 .

Director SS Rajamouli‘s next directorial venture titled RRR is making headlines as it is rumoured to be postponed. The film starring superstars Ram Charan and Jr NTR is reported to be releasing on the eve of Sankranthi 2021 instead of July 30, 2020. It is also speculated that British actor Daisy Edgar Jones who was a part of the film has reportedly walked out of the same due to personal reasons and that seems to have left the director in a fix.

The film’s schedule definitely suffered a set back with Daisy Edgar Jones walked out of the film, but also the lead actors of RRR, Ram Charan and Jr NTR is injured. As per recent reports, Ram Charan and Jr NTR’s injury that took weeks to heal has resulted in the cancellation of the Pune schedule of the film. And though the Baahubali director is rumoured to have already completed shooting the key action scene with megastar Jr NTR in Bulgaria, the RRR team is yet running behind schedule and are scrambling o finish the project.

RRR is reported to be a period drama and it is helmed by the well-known director SS Rajamouli. The film is also set in the 1920s pre-independent India era and new reports claim that the film will showcase the story of Komaram Bheem and Alluri Seetharama Raju, the brave freedom fighters from the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Helmed by SS Rajamouli and produced by DVV Danayya, RRR is being filmed in Telugu but it will also be dubbed in Hindi and other South Indian languages.
