Samantha Akkineni and Naga Chaitanya who are always setting major couple goals are one of the much-loved couples of the Telugu film industry. The two make marriage look so effortlessly beautiful. Though not many know of this Chaitanya has seen Samantha grow in the industry, from nothing to being one of the biggest Tollywood actresses. Samantha during a recent chat show with Lakshmi Manchu spoke about the time when Chaitanya helped her as she had no balance to make a phone call.
She said, “I knew it straight away after my first film- The rest just followed. ..I knew I had to marry him…He is my husband…I think Chaitanya is husband material…I remember there was a time I had no balance on my phone to call my mom who was in the USA. I didn’t have money to make a call at home. So, I took his phone and called home. Chay has seen me from that to this. How can it be anybody else? He has seen me make in life the most horrible mistakes. So, to have a person love you despite doing things you are not proud of.”

Lakshmi also made Samantha reveal some bedroom secrets. At first, Samantha was hesitant but on being asked: “You are making me say everything now, I know you were in a live-in relationship before marriage, now let me put it this way, what are the 3 things different in your bedroom from when you were single to being with a man.” To which Samantha replied, “Pillow is the 1st wife to Chaitanya, Even if I have to kiss, the pillow is always between us…And now it’s enough, I guess I have said a lot of things.”
Samantha Akkineni and Naga Chaitanya while filming for “Ye Maaya Chesave” and fans loved their on-screen chemistry. They then began dating and got engaged on 29th January 2017. Fans were obsessed with their engagement pictures which won millions of hearts. Samantha and Chay then tied the knot in Goa, as they had a destination wedding on 7th October 2017.
