Swarajya Janani Jijamata fame Amruta Pawar has decided to take a break from serial after being tested positive for COVID-19.
The actress shared the news with her fans and followers via her Instagram handle. Amruta also informed her fans that in her absence the makers of the serial might opt to take a leap.
Amruta Pawar says that the character of Jija Mata she plays in the serial has shaped her as a person. The role is very close to her heart and she will miss essaying it for a while.
Speaking of her diagnosis, she says that she tested positive without any symptoms. Amruta is isolating herself at this moment with proper medications prescribed by the doctors.
