Actress Gauri Nalawade is using the lockdown period to keep herself healthy both physically and mentally by indulging in Yoga sessions at home. She does this asana called as- Danadasans (upward facing staff pose). Gauri also adds a disclaimer that not to try this at home without practise or without any guidance. She gives away the benefits of doing this asana and says that it stretches and strengthens the upper body. It also helps in active diaphragm and strengthening the chest muscle. The asana also helps in providing proper blood flow to the heart and many more such benefits. The actress has featured in films like Kanha, Family Katta and Friends.
