She says that the girl sitting beside her is the nanny of her child and also mentions that her marriage has been fixed. She had plans to outside with her fiancé but she can’t because of the lockdown. Hence, Kranti decided to give her a treat at home and bake a chocolate cake for her. The nanny can be seen smiling because of Kranti’s sweet gesture of making her birthday special.
