Afew days after OnePlus launched the OnePlus 8 Pro and the OnePlus 8 Pro, and revealed their global prices, the company has now announced the India prices. The prices of the OnePlus 8 series phones start from Rs 41,999 in India, and these phones will be going on sale in May, hopefully once the nation-wide lockdown due to coronavirus is lifted. Apart from the price of the OnePlus 8 phones, OnePlus has also announced the price of the OnePlus Bullets Z.

At the same time, OnePlus hasn’t yet announced the price of the Wireless Warp Charger that the company had launched globally when it had shown the OnePlus 8 phones for the first time. OnePlus 8 series phones are the new flagship phones from OnePlus. Of the two, the OnePlus 8 is a sort of OnePlus 7T but with a faster Snapdragon 865 processor along with support for 5G. The OnePlus 8 Pro, meanwhile, is like a completely new OnePlus phone and seems to be a major upgrade over the OnePlus 7T Pro. It not only has the new Snapdragon 865 processor but also a completely new camera system as well as features like the wireless charging and water and dust-proof design with IP 68 rating, which is something new for OnePlus phones.

Okay, enough about the phones. You can know more about them in our feature pieces which are here and here. Now, let’s talk about the India prices of the OnePlus 8 Pro and the OnePlus 8.

-First the surprise. In India, OnePlus is going to sell a special variant of the OnePlus 8, which it did not announce during the global launch. This variant is OnePlus 8 with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. This is the variant that is going to cost Rs 41,999.

-Then there are the two regular variants of the OnePlus 8. The OnePlus 8 with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is going to cost Indian consumers Rs 44,999. The OnePlus 8 with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is going to cost Rs 49,999 in India.

In India, the 8GB variant of the OnePlus 8 Pro is going to cost Rs 54,999. It comes with 128GB storage.
