Google Stadia to launch on November 19, will have 22 games at the time of launch

Google will launch its gaming subscription service, Google Stadia, on November 19. At the time of launch it will come with a total of 22 games with Destiny 2: Collection as a part of the Pro subscription.

Google is launching its gaming subscription service – Google Stadia – on Novmber 19. Earlier this month the tech giant had announced that at the time of launch, Stadia will launch will a total of 12 games on board. Now, the company has updated its list adding a total of 10 games more to the list of games that will be available for the gamers at the time of debut.

The news comes as a courtesy of Stadia boss Phil Harrison who took to Twitter to share the updated list. “Tonight Google Stadia announced that its launch lineup for Tuesday has increased to 22 games from the 12 announced last week,” he wrote in his tweet.

Initially, Google Stadia was launching with 12 games on board. The list includes

— Assassin’s Creed Odyssey

— Destiny 2: The Collection

— GYLT

— Just Dance 2020

— Kine

— Mortal Kombat 11

— Red Dead Redemption 2

— Thumper

— Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition

— Rise of the Tomb Raider

— Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition,

— SAMURAI SHODOWN

Now, the company has added 10 more games to the list. Here are the new titles coming to Google Stadia:

— Attack on Titan: Final Battle 2

— Farming Simulator 2019

— Final Fantasy XV

— Football Manager 2020

— Grid 2019

— Metro Exodus

— NBA 2K20

— Rage 2

— Trials Rising

— Wolfenstein: Youngblood

It is worth mentioning that the Mountain View, California based tech giant in a blog post last week had said that Stadia will get 14 new games later this year. Of these, Google has already on-boarded 10 games. This means that later this year gamers will be able to play four more games on Google’s gaming service. The list includes:

— Borderlands 3

— Darksiders Genesis

— DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2

— Ghost Recon Breakpoint

In addition to these games, Doom: Eternal, WatchDogs: Legion, Gods & Monsters and Cyberpunk 2077 will also be coming to Stadia soon.

For those of you who are unsure of the details, Stadia will launch in 14 countries — Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, the UK and the US – with a monthly subscription Stadia Pro costing $9.99 (Rs 690 approx) a month in the US.
