The couple has once again won over the hearts of their fans as they have decided to step forward and make donations to the PM-CARES Fund. Virat and Anushka have pledged to donate Rs. 3 crore towards the noble cause and have emerged as an inspiration for others to make contributions on their behalf.

ARES Fund but also to the Maharashtra Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to fight COVID-19.
In a joint statement, Anushka shared the news and said that they were pledging their support towards PPM-CARES Fund and Maharashtra Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
Anushka Sharma tweeted, “Virat and I are pledging our support towards PM-CARES Fund & the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (Maharashtra). Our hearts are breaking looking at the suffering of so many & we hope our contribution, in some way, helps easing the pain of our fellow citizens’ #IndiaFightsCorona.”
Virat and Anushka have done their best to raise awareness of the issue and now in this time of the crisis, they have also agreed to help the country. In their recently shared videos on social media they have already called on all Indians to unite and support fellow citizens and their move will hopefully trigger many more people to come forward and pledge their support.
