Indian tennis player Sania Mirza who got married to Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik has now reportedly decided to part ways with her husband. As per the reports, it is now believed that the two have been thinking of getting divorced for a long time many reports even suggested that Shoaib cheated on Sania during their marriage.
Shoaib Malik and Sania Mirza who have been married for almost 12 years have now decided to part ways. The two already are parents to their son named Izhaan Mirza Malik. Meanwhile, many reports have now claimed that Shoaib was cheating on Sania and that’s one of the reasons behind their split.
As per a DNA report, the Indian tennis player decided to call off her 12-year-long marriage after she found out that Shoaib has been cheating on her with some other woman. Many reports even stated that the woman behind their split could possibly be the Pakistani model named Ayesha Omar.
Hinting at her divorce Sania recently shared a picture with her son Izhaan on her social media. She wrote, “The moments that get me through the hardest days”. Commenting on their divorce decision many netizens shared their reactions, a user commented on Sania’s post, “I’m sorry I know it’s your personal matter but I’m v hurt sad depressed yr divorce fashion bnta ja rha h at least bachy k bary mn souchty bachoun ka Kya kasor hota h wo wesy ois jaty hn izhan”.
Apart from Sania, Shoaib also confirmed their separation and wrote a letter for his son in a post, “When you were born, we became more humble and life meant something special to us. We may be not together and meeting every day but Baba is always thinking about you and your smile every single second.”
For the unversed, Sania Mirza tied knots with Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik in the year 2010. The couple later welcomed their son Izhaan Mirza Malik in the year 2018. The two have been staying with their son Izhaan in Dubai ever since their marriage.
