On the occasion of 92nd Academy Awards, the Indian Premier League (IPL) teams, Rajasthan Royals, Kings XI Punjab, and Delhi Capitals have come up with their own movie posters for the celebrating the awards.

Rajasthan found a unique way of showcasing all the former cricketers who played for their franchise. The poster includes iconic players such as Rahul Dravid, Shane Watson, and Shane Warne. They also included Graeme Smith and Yusuf Pathan who were the regular faces of the Rajasthan team.

Delhi Capitals also joined the trend and featured the Caribbean all-rounder, Andre Russel on their poster. Russel now plays for Kolkata Knight Riders.   Apart from Andre Russel, Proteas bowler Kagiso Rabada and India batsman Prithvi Shaw covered most of the poster.

Delhi also celebrated the victory of Joker’s leading star Joaquin Phoenix by portraying their team skipper Shreyas Iyer has the joker and accompanied it with unique written details of their franchise.

Kings XI Punjab also followed the Oscars bandwagon but with a twist. Punjab recreated the poster of “1917” and honored India’s junior cricketer, Ravi Bishnoi. The young bowler grabbed 17 wickets in 6 matches of the U19 ICC World Cup held this year and became the highest wicket-taking bowler of the tournament.
