IPL 2020: David Miller Recreates Iconic DDLJ Scene As The Film Celebrates 25 Years

The whole of India is celebrating 25 glorious years of the iconic film Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge. Everyone is sharing their favourite songs and scenes from the movie to commemorate the 25 years of the beautiful film. Taking to their social media handles, the Rajasthan-based franchise also paid tribute to the Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol starrer. They shared a photo of David Miller as he recreates the iconic DDLJ scene.

In the picture, David Miller recreates the iconic DDLJ scene wherein he is standing in a yellow mustard field.

For the unknown, in one of the famous songs of the movie Tujhe Dekha To, SRK is standing in the yellow mustard filed extending his arms to hug Kajol (Simran).

The picture is receiving lots of love from the Indians who are complimenting David for looking adorable as he stands in the yellow mustard field.

For the unknown, DDLJ released in 1995 and it was a blockbuster hit back in the days.

The film to date runs in Mumbai’s Maratha Mandir. Despite being over two decades old, the theatre is at times houseful.

The film marked the directorial debut of Aditya Chopra. Indeed, he created a masterpiece. Apart from Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol, the film also features Amrish Puri, Farida Jalal who played a pivotal role in the movie.

Speaking of the Rajasthan-based franchise, they are bouncing back in the tournament because they suffered losses in the early games. As of now, they are at the number position on the IPL Points Table.
