BCCI president and Former Indian cricket team captain Saurav Ganguly has suffered a heart attack. He was immediately rushed to a private hospital and was admitted in an emergency ward.
According to a report, “He complained of chest pain following a workout session on Friday evening and family members took him to the hospital this afternoon when the problem recurred.”
His health is reported to be stable now.
Mamata Banerjee, the Chief Minister of Bengal took to Twitter and wrote, “Sad to hear that Saurav Ganguly suffered a mild cardiac arrest and has been admitted to hospital. Wishing him a speedy and full recovery. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.”
