Dubey, the prime blamed in the Kanpur massacre of cops, was captured from Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh on Thursday morning.

Priyanka Gandhi had before requested a CBI test to learn the realities about the “award of assurance” to Dubey.

The Congress general secretary had likewise denounced the BJP government in Uttar Pradesh of “complete disappointment” in dealing with the Kanpur ambush case in which eight cops were murdered.
