Mumbai Indians have shared a picture on their social media handles of Jasprit Bumrah relaxing, indicating that the pa seamer is all set to play IPL 2020. Read below to know more.

There’s no doubt that pacer Jasprit Bumrah is the spine of Mumbai Indians’ bowling unit. The 26-year old has emerged as a promising player ever since his debut in the MI camp in 2013. Apart from that he also became one of the three players to be retained by the team ahead of the 2018 mega auction.

After being away from the game for most of 2019 due to his knee injury, Bumrah bounced back for India this year and is now all set to return to Mumbai Indians. The four-time IPL trophy winner franchisee, shared a picture of their spearhead on social media all geared up for the upcoming season, it was more of a warning sign to the rest of the seven teams.

Speaking of Jasprit Bumrah’s performance with Mumbai Indians, the pacer has scrapped 82 wickets from 77 matches played at an economy rate of 7.55 per over, and he also finished with grabbing 19 wickets in the 16 matches in Mumbai Indians’ title-winning campaign last year.

Led by team India opener Rohit Sharma, Mumbai Indians have won lifted the IPL trophy for four-times, more than any other teams in the tournament. The pumped-up team will now be looking forward to clinching the trophy for the fifth time, when the IPL begins on September 19 in the UAE.
