High blood pressure is a dangerous condition that can damage your heart and can even cause brain stroke. It almost affects 1 billion people worldwide.

Although this situation should be monitored by a professional doctor but there are certain home remedies one can follow at home to keep oneself at bay from the high blood pressure problem.

Here are a few kitchen ingredients that you can use to combat High Blood Pressure (Caution- Advise for the same from the doctor is necessary):

Walk and Exercise Regularly

Eat Calcium-Rich Foods
