The meaning of a plant-based diet is exactly what it sounds. Almost all vegans and vegetarians have opted for this kind of diet which is mostly produced from plants and these people have been experiencing the benefits of the same for many years as there is variety to intake from these diets like vegetables, greens, and herbs.
You don’t need to be a vegan or a vegetarian to have a plant-based diet. Having a plant-based diet means having plants as the basis of our diet, in other words, more than 50% of our meals may be plant-based.
