Kendall Jenner and Beyonce though so different in their style, as well as careers, are known to make heads turn, stay relevant and look their fashionable best at all times, with the help of their stylist Marni Senofonte. Marni Senofonte in her recent interview gives out fashion tips the two fashion gurus and influencers swear by.
Marni in her interview with US magazine opened up about how she keeps up with the current styles and trends. She revealed that she looks at her surroundings and keep a check of the current street style. She said, “I just sit on the stoop and watch people go by and I go to museums and get inspired by little bits and pieces of other people, movies and all that stuff.” She also revealed that even though she goes to the same place to pick inspiration for her clients, she knows she has to pick up different pieces for them given their personality and also their creative processes are different.
Further explaining about the same she said, “When I work with Beyonce, there’s usually a focal point.” She stated that there is a point of reference always to the concept she is looking for. Whereas Kendall is concern she revealed that Kendall is more of a “cool girl” and talking about her style she said, “We just try to think of something new and different that is not happening anywhere else.” Further talking about Kendall’s various looks she said, “She always has great ideas and its always like style wars! We come and do a fitting and we’re like ‘put it on backwards’ or ‘wear it upside down‘.”
Though Kendall and Beyonce are poles apart given their style and fashion, the common things they share is their love for mix and match. Marni further explained how they are both “feminine and masculine at the same time.”
