Bollywood actress Swara Bhasker surprises everyone as she announced her court marriage to political activist Fahad Ahmad. The new bride got emotional as she shared a collection of their journey in a video that she shared on social media. While fans are happy for the new couple and showered love and adoration but the troller’s party dug up an old Tweet, from a few days back, when she referred to him as a Bhai.
It happened, when during Fahad’s recent birthday, on February 2nd, the Veere Di Wedding actress had taken to her Twitter handle to send out well wishes. Sharing a photo with him, she wrote, जन्मदिन मुबारक फ़हाद मियाँ! भाई का कॉन्फ़िडेंस बरकरार रहे 🙂 @FahadZirarAhmad खुश रहो, आबाद रहो.. उम्र हो रही है अब शादी कर लो! Have a great birthday & a fantastic year dost! Even Fahad also replied to her tweet and hilariously commented that, “Thank you Zarranwaazi’s friend, brother’s confidence has raised flags, it is necessary to remain intact….and yes, you had promised that you will come to my marriage, then take time….I have found the girl.”
Netizens went too far when they cruelly afflicted the two in the name of faith, though. Although some circulated memes depicting Fahad requesting a refrigerator as dowry, others made derogatory remarks about their union. Some people even “recommended” they return to Pakistan so that their cousins might be married. Although Swara and Fahad are used to harsh criticism and trolling, one has to ask if this instance went too far.

Swara Bhasker and Fahad Ahmad had a court marriage. The happy pair can be seen wearing red and white in photos and videos from their engagement ceremony that have gone popular on social media. Together with their family, Swara’s pals Sonam Kapoor, Divya Dutta, and fashion designer Sandeep Khosla attended the wedding. The actress also announced that they are planning to wed in Delhi the following month.
